No. One seat for one person. Each designer or developer who directly uses, imports, or accesses Hugeicons Pro must have their own seat.

You can use Hugeicons Pro icons in products (such as a website, web app, mobile app, SaaS product, or plugin) that you sell or charge for.

But you cannot include the icon source files in anything other people download and reuse, such as a theme, template, UI kit or component library, whether free or paid.

Permitted Usage:

• You are fully allowed to use Hugeicons Pro in websites, web apps, mobile apps, SaaS products, and plugins for unlimited personal and commercial projects, including applications that charge users a subscription or one-time fee.
• Your users and end-viewers can see and interact with the icons within your project or product without needing their own license.

Prohibited Usage:

You are NOT allowed to share, sell, or redistribute Hugeicons Pro source files. This is the critical restriction when selling templates or component libraries.

• You cannot ship the SVGs, icon fonts, design files or component files inside a theme, template, starter kit, UI kit, component library, registry or plugin that others download.
• These files cannot be published online, shared publicly, or provided to anyone who has not purchased a license.
• Rule of thumb: if the buyer ends up with reusable icon files, it is not allowed. If they end up with a finished product that merely shows the icons, it is allowed.

For anything you distribute this way, use the free icons instead. They are MIT licensed and can be redistributed freely.

Furthermore, you cannot use Hugeicons Pro to create another icon library or any product that competes directly with Hugeicons.

Not in the repository itself, because the SVG or component files would be redistributed to everyone who clones it. The same applies to public npm packages, shadcn registries and WordPress, Framer or Webflow plugins.

You can use Pro icons in the hosted version of your project, and the MIT-licensed free icons in the repository. Private packages used only by seated teammates are fine.

Additional seats are added at the per-seat rate shown on the pricing page. After you buy a plan and realise your team needs more seats, you can add them from your account at any time.
