License Agreement
Effective as of 14 Sep 2026 (replaces the version dated 24 Apr 2024)
By using, purchasing, or downloading any Hugeicons Pro icon/pack/library, you are consenting to the terms outlined in this license agreement. Please acquaint yourself with the permissions and restrictions concerning the use of the services and the files that you receive post-purchase.
This legally binding agreement (“Agreement”) establishes the terms between you, hereafter referred to as the “Licensee” or “Customer”, and Hugeicons Pro, operated by HLAB UX WEB DESIGN CO LLC, henceforth identified as the “Licensor”, “Company”, or “we”, “us”, “our”. HLAB UX WEB DESIGN CO LLC [اتش لاب لتصميم مواقع الشبكة المعلوماتية (الانترنت) ذ.م.م] is registered in the United Arab Emirates, under license number 1265530.
Please note that within the scope of this agreement and in any related documentation or communication, the terms “Hugeicons” and “Hugeicons Pro” both refer to the Pro product offering by HLAB UX WEB DESIGN CO LLC. This Agreement covers the Pro icons only. The free icons are licensed separately under the MIT License, as described in the next section, and none of the restrictions in this Agreement apply to them.

Free Icons (MIT License)
The 6,000+ free Stroke Rounded icons, including the @hugeicons/core-free-icons package, the free Figma file and the free tiers of our plugins, are licensed under the MIT License. You may use, copy, modify, publish and distribute them, for personal or commercial purposes, provided you keep the MIT copyright and permission notice with any copy of the source files. You do not need a seat, a license key or an account. Where this Agreement and the MIT License differ for the free icons, the MIT License applies.
Definition of End Product:
An End Product is a finished design or application where Hugeicons appear as part of the final interface, such as a website, mobile app, SaaS product, plugin or tool, presentation, or marketing material.
People who use or view your End Product may view and interact with Hugeicons without needing their own Hugeicons license or seat. There is no limit on how many people can use or view your End Product.
The icons must remain part of the End Product and must not be provided to users as separate, downloadable, or reusable icon files.

Each person who directly uses Hugeicons Pro in Figma, plugins, code, shared repositories, or internal icon/design systems requires a seat. View-only users and customers/end users of your finished product do NOT need a seat.
FAQ – License & Seats
Can multiple people share 1 license?
No. One seat = one person. Each designer or developer who directly uses, imports, or accesses Hugeicons Pro must have their own seat.
Do backend developers need a seat?
If they only work on APIs, databases, or code unrelated to icons → No seat needed.
If they import icons, configure them, or commit Hugeicons code/assets → Yes, they need a seat.
Can we put icons in our team library with a single seat?
Only if you are the only person using that library. A Figma team library, shared design system or shared repository needs a seat for every person who uses it, regardless of who published it. Buy one seat per person.
What happens if we exceed our seat limit?
You must purchase the additional seats from your account. There is no upper limit: buy as many seats as your team needs, at any time, directly from the pricing page. If your usage exceeds the purchased seat count without adding seats, your account may be restricted or suspended.
Do the free icons need a seat or a license key?
No. The free icons are MIT licensed. Seats and license keys apply to Pro icons only.
Can I distribute Pro icons inside downloadable products or open-source projects?
Not if users can access or reuse the Pro icon source files. Pro icons can be used in finished products, but the source icons themselves cannot be redistributed. For downloadable or open-source icon assets, use our free MIT-licensed icons.

You are fully allowed to use Hugeicons Pro in the following ways:
✔ Use Hugeicons Pro across web, apps, graphics, marketing & presentations
You may use Hugeicons Pro in websites, web apps, mobile apps, SaaS products, plugins, documents, e-books, presentations, internal tools, and other graphic or marketing materials, for both personal and commercial (unlimited projects/products). The icons can be used in commercial SaaS applications or websites that charge users a subscription fee or a one-time fee.
✔ Internal design systems
You may use Hugeicons Pro inside your company’s design system or component library, as long as only licensed users maintain or modify the icon files.
✔ Modify the icons
You may customize, recolor, or edit the icons and use the modified versions in your projects.
✔ Client work
You may build End Products for clients and deliver them. If you also hand the client icon source files, for example a Figma file or a code repository containing Pro icons, each person at the client who works with those files needs their own seat. Client stakeholders who only view or comment do not.
Important:
Your users and end-viewers may see and interact with the icons inside your project/product/tools without needing a seat or license, even though the icons are technically present in your app bundle, HTML or compiled binary. You may not include the actual SVGs, icon fonts, or any source files as downloadable assets that someone could download & reuse without a license.
You are NOT allowed to:
You cannot share, sell or redistribute Hugeicons Pro source files
This includes (but is not limited to):
- SVG icons or files
- Icon fonts
- Figma source files
- Pro npm packages and their contents
- License keys
- Any downloadable asset folders
These files cannot be published online, shared publicly, or provided to anyone who has not purchased a license.
You cannot use Hugeicons Pro to create a competing icon product
The pro icons cannot be used to create:
- Another icon library or any product that competes directly with Hugeicons.
This protects the brand, quality, and uniqueness of Hugeicons.
Limited Refund Policy
Hugeicons Pro (or Pro Plus) is a digital product that requires substantial time, effort, and resources to create and maintain. By purchasing any Hugeicons Pro (or Pro Plus) plan, you receive access to downloadable digital assets and related licensed content.
Because of the nature of digital goods, all sales are final except in limited circumstances expressly stated below.
Refunds may be granted only where there is a verified critical issue that prevents access to the purchased content or materially prevents its intended use, and only if the issue is reported to [email protected] within 30 days of purchase. Any such request must include sufficient details for us to review and verify the issue.
Eligible for Refund
A refund may be considered only if all of the following conditions are met:
- there is a verified critical technical issue affecting access to the purchased content or its intended licensed use
- the issue is reported within 30 days of purchase
- sufficient information is provided to allow us to investigate and verify the issue
- we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable period after review
Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds will not be granted in cases including, but not limited to:
- change of mind after purchase
- deciding not to use the files
- no longer needing the product
- unfamiliarity with Figma, development tools, plugins, or related workflows
- accidental purchases where access to the content has already been provided
- misunderstanding of the product scope, included features, or license terms
- inability to use the files due to the customer’s own software, device, environment, or configuration, unless caused directly by a verified defect in the purchased content
- lack of usage or only partial usage after purchase
Review of Refund Requests
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the sole right to determine whether any reported issue qualifies for a refund under this policy. Submitting a refund request does not guarantee that a refund will be approved.
Effect of Refund
If a refund is approved, the applicable license will terminate immediately upon issuance of the refund.
Upon refund, you must permanently delete all paid icons, source files, downloads, exports, copies, backups, and any derivative use of the refunded content within 24 hours. Continued use of refunded paid content in any projects is strictly prohibited.
License Expiration and Access Terms
When you purchase any Hugeicons Pro plan, you are granted lifetime access to offline icon files, such as SVGs and Figma files. This means that once you have downloaded these files, you may continue to use them indefinitely under the terms of this agreement, regardless of the status of your subscription.
In addition to offline files, purchasing any Hugeicons Pro plan provides you with a license key. This key allows you to use our Figma plugin, access icons directly from our website, use icon fonts, npm packages, CDN services, React components, and all other online services we offer. If you opt for a yearly plan, this access is contingent upon the renewal of your subscription. Should your yearly plan expire, you will lose access to any services that require active license verification through the license key.
If your yearly plan expires, you may no longer have access to updates or the ability to use the licensed services online, but you retain the right to use any offline files you have already downloaded. These files can continue to be used for a lifetime, strictly adhering to the terms laid out in this agreement.
Governing Law – Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflicts of laws principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved in the competent courts located in the United Arab Emirates, and each party consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of these courts.
Enforcement
Should Hugeicons Pro, operated by HLAB UX WEB DESIGN CO LLC, discover that the Customer or any of their Users has breached this Agreement, Hugeicons Pro may terminate this Agreement, restrict the Customer’s ability to download icons, or use the Hugeicons Pro services. Upon such termination or restriction, notice will be sent to the email address provided by the Customer at the time of purchase. This right of enforcement includes, but is not limited to, the ability to take legal action to ensure compliance with the terms of this Agreement.
Limitation of Liability
HLAB UX WEB DESIGN CO LLC’s liability to you for costs, damages, or other losses arising from your use of Hugeicons Pro — including third-party claims against you — is limited to a refund of your purchase price.
HLAB UX WEB DESIGN CO LLC shall not be held liable for any consequential, indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages related to your use of Hugeicons Pro, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable and whether or not HLAB UX WEB DESIGN CO LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Definition of Lifetime Package/Access:
“Lifetime Package/Access” grants the user the right to retain and use the offline files provided with Hugeicons Pro for a lifetime, without any expiration or additional fees. This means that once a user has downloaded the offline files, they can continue to use them indefinitely for their projects in accordance with the terms of this license agreement.
In addition to offline file access, Lifetime Package/Access includes the use of online services provided by Hugeicons Pro as long as these services are available and the product exists. Please note that the availability of online services is contingent upon the continued operation of Hugeicons Pro and may be subject to future conditions and changes beyond our control.
Relationship to our Terms of Service:
Our website Terms of Service cover your use of hugeicons.com and your account. This Agreement covers the icons. If the two ever disagree about what you may do with the free or Pro icons, this Agreement controls, and for the free icons the MIT License controls.
Request New/Missing Icons Feature Terms:
At Hugeicons Pro, we are committed to continually improving and expanding our icon library to meet the diverse needs of our users. To support this goal, we offer the “Request New Icons” feature, allowing users to suggest additional icons at no additional cost. This service is designed to ensure our library remains comprehensive and responsive to user needs.
- All icon requests must be legitimate and clearly justified to ensure they meet the general needs of our user base. We reserve the right to assess the relevance and appropriateness of each request.
- We maintain the right to refuse requests for icons that are in opposition to our company’s moral and ethical standards. The decision to design a requested icon remains at our sole discretion.
- We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue the “Request New Icons” feature at any time without notice. This may include suspending the service temporarily or permanently, based on operational needs or strategic considerations.
